Presentation

This feature is available from your project scenario page (page manager).

Select a page (or several by holding down the shift / shift key while clicking on the relevant pages) and click on the archive icon (1). The page is then grayed out in the scenario.
By clicking on the second archiving icon (2) the page disappears from the scenario and thus becomes inaccessible for editing.
To make it visible again and be able to access its editor, just click a second time on the icon (2). To completely unarchive the page, select it, then click on the icon (1), the page gets its color back and its normal status.

If a page is archived before the online publishing of a project, then it will not be published while it remains archived.

Any page archived after the project is published still remains online.

The benefits of the archiving feature

  • This feature helps reduce the density of the scenario for a project with a large number of pages

  • In the case of a collaborative project, this feature allows you to leave in the scenario only the pages that need to be worked on and to isolate and secure any already completed pages

  • When the feature is used before publishing a project, it allows you to store pages without publishing them (you can publish them later - see the article about page publishing) or simply to keep any draft and/or backup pages that are not intended to be published
