I have completed my project, but I don't understand how to embed it in my personal website.

This feature delivers a result similar to that of a YouTube video embedded in a web page. All you have to do is copy/paste iframe content on your website (your site must support HTML editor). You probably will have to adapt iframe content's width and height by changing percentages or pixel values.
Some users happen to buy a domain name and website hosting in order to bring the project online with their own URL. If this is your case, you will have to create an index.HTML page and paste the iframe in, then upload it via FTP on their web server.
If you wish to do an export, the operation is the same : all of your project sources from RacontR have to be uploaded to your FTP.
